What is the price of EaseSeat salon software?

Elite is AED 299 per month for the core platform — appointments, billing & POS, customer profiles with memberships and loyalty, staff logins and roles, inventory and reports. Premium is AED 499 per month and adds your own WhatsApp Business number with campaigns and reminders, the CRM for leads and follow-ups, staff attendance and payroll, Smart Analytics and the complete Ezzy OS AI team. There is a one-time AED 149 setup, in which your Relationship Manager sets up your services, prices, staff and stock for you.
How long does it take to get started?

Most salons are running within the same week. Your Relationship Manager does the setup — services, prices, staff, stock — and trains your team, so you never start from an empty screen.
Does EaseSeat handle VAT?

Yes. For a business in the UAE, every invoice shows VAT at your rate, and the VAT report gives the figures for any period, ready for your filing. Reports, the dashboard and the app all say VAT.
Can I send WhatsApp offers to my customers?

Yes, on Premium. EaseSeat connects your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official onboarding, with campaigns, broadcasts, birthday messages and reminders. You choose the offer and audience; EzzyChat can answer replies, explain the offer and help customers book, and CRM follow-ups keep your team's next actions visible. Meta's messaging charges are billed to you at Meta's standard rates — we never mark them up. On Elite, you send bills and reminders on WhatsApp by hand, and offers reach customers in the EaseSeat app.
