• Enquiries: the information you choose to send when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or our demo request form, including your email address, phone number and business details.

Website analytics and advertising

Our website uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and actions, including demo-page visits, form interactions, email clicks and WhatsApp clicks. These tools receive information about website usage and interactions.

The website also stores advertising and referral information in your browser’s session storage and local storage. This can include campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers. We use this information to understand which sources bring visitors and demo-button clicks to EaseSeat.

When available, campaign and click information is included with analytics events. Our explicit event parameters do not include the business name or city you type into the demo fields, or the name, email address or phone number you give in the demo request form.

Contacting us on WhatsApp

A WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp with a draft message. Business details you enter on the demo page may be included in that draft. We do not add source labels or tracking references to the message. You can review and edit the message before sending it. Opening the link does not send the message.

WhatsApp is a separate service. When you use it to contact us, your use of WhatsApp is also subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

Requesting a demo by email

On our UK website you can request a demo with a form instead of WhatsApp. It asks for your email address and phone number, and optionally your name, business name and town or city. The form sends these to our team at hello@easeseat.com, and we email you a confirmation. We use them to arrange your demo and follow up on it.

Sharing your information

Data security
