Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your EaseSeat account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

From the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and personal data are removed; anonymised billing records may be retained where the law requires (for example GST records).

By email: write to hello@easeseat.com from your registered email or phone, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
